Always on time, courteous, remind us about next cleaning, let us know when on the way, do a good job when they're here. If something needs to be changed or if we think something hasn't been done like we want, we don't hesitate to tell cleaner, they are very professional to work with.

Sorry I have not had time to return your call. The gals that came were hard workers, efficient and friendly. Loved Tori and London. The communication was almost over-kill with alerts to their coming and such. Thank you for supporting the Humane Society by offering this gift certificate. I will certainly call Merry Maids from time to time for those extras that I can not handle.

I know when they leave that my house is CLEAN! It smells clean and looks clean. And I know that IF there is something that is not to my satisfaction, they will come back until I am satisfied.

I felt the two crew members did a nice job and explained what they were going to do. My house was clean and refreshed when they completed their deep cleaning. My only disappointment was my wood floor in the entry way and dining room. They indicated that they had tried several times to get it clean/shiny and it seemed to dry with a weird film. After they left, I used BONA on it and restored it to its original luster.

Arriving on time. Pleasant gals. After only two visits I have no complaints.
