The staff is very friendly and personable. They start cleaning the minute they arrive. They take no breaks. They go from room to room very methodically and the end result is that when they leave I have a clean house. The cleaning products used have no strong scent and do not leave an unpleasant odor. Also I have a small blind dog and the staff has always been very accommodating to clean around her. Tori is my usual cleaner and I have been very satisfied with her.
