My home is always fresh and spotless

Very good job cleaning. Maria did a very good job on her last visit.

When one person or team is sent consistently (in our case, Maria) things go very smoothly and efficiently as everything is done correctly. This makes a huge difference in our satisfaction of the services. When a different person or team comes each time, then some things are overlooked (not cleaned or in some cases cleaned when they shouldn't be) or they arrive at unexpected times or they do not follow other instructions (such as not wearing the shoe covers). We very much appreciate and are very much satisfied when just one person or one team is sent on a consistent basis who knows what to do each time.

Merry Maids is very easy to work with, the girls are always pleasant and they do a great job keeping my house clean. While I'm not completely sure what products are used I do know that when they are done, the house looks and smells clean.

Merry maids does a professional job everytime. We look forward to having Merry Maids service our home.

I like the detailed cleaning that my girl does to my house. In this time or are in she using appropriate disinfecting products and wearing a mask and changing gloves frequently.

I really appreciate that the folks show up right at the time promised. LOVE the vacuum cleaner everyone uses, it really gets all the dirt and the carpet feels fluffy again.

But here are a couple of things I found out which are missed because I pay attention to detail:
- The rod banisters had cob webs
- And under the Kitchen Cabinets there was cob webs as well

If we could go through a bit more slower through the rooms to pay attention to details vs a "rushed approach"..

But I still love the service you guys provide

On the down side, the last time one of the workers threw away the dirty water from mopping the floor directly onto my bush near my front door. I was surprised by that. One of the workers also needed to be reminded to wear a mask.

First I have to complement Chris and Cruz! They showed up on time, were very professional, friendly, and did an incredible job! I also really liked the fact that although the house is sparkling it did not have the overwhelming smell of chemical or bleach, so I really like the cleaning products that were used.

The best approach for any maid service is the keep the cleaners the same.. Then it gets better from there! Because they learn on what you need done and how you like things kept!
