Very thorough cleanings

The ladies that clean my home always do an excellent job. I appreciate that they come at a time that is convenient for me and send their best workers. They use their own products except for the white vinegar I provide to use on the kitchen floor. I like the fact that they deep clean two different rooms each time. At my age, I would never be able to do the thorough cleaning they do. They work hard and efficiently so they are not here a long time. If I need to reschedule for some reason, they always accomodate me. I really appreciate their service.

I have used other residential cleaning companies in the past and by far, Brandi and Colette are the absolute best!! I could see and smell that my house had been cleaned and I know I could not have done a better job! I have signed up for bi-monthly service and hope to see Brandi and Colette each and every time! I absolutely LOVE the job that they did! Thank you!

Overall, I was pleased with my iniitial cleaning. However, the mirrors in the family room, master bedroom and master bathroom were missed. Also, the inside of the patio door in the kitchen was missed. I called the office the next day and spoke to Stephanie. A discount was made on my next cleaning for the next cleaning. I appreciate your great customer service.

The apartment is always clean and smells nice when I arrive homw. There is always a note from the cleaner.

It's always nice coming home to a clean fresh home. Because of the amazing job the cleaners do, i am able to spend more time with my family.

I like the fact that you try to send me the workers that I have requested and make adjustments to the schedule when I need it.

That floors are hand washed and the girls worked very efficiently together. There was no disruption of our business during our cleaning.

Suggestion : Would like to see evening times, i.e., 5pm-7pm, to make the service available to households who work during the day.

The girls are on time, polite and thorough . The office staff is always most helpful and always communicates well.

I really appreciate Dave (owner) taking the time out of his busy schedule to instruct me on how the maids will clean my house. He was very honest. The young ladies who cleaned were very professional & they were not afraid to clean.
