Merry Maids are very efficient and do a great job for us every visit.

The service that I receive is highly reliable. I can always count on coming home to a clean, fresh-smelling house, which is a huge weight off the shoulders of these busy, working parents. Everyone that has stepped foot in the house to provide service is respectful, courteous, and super friendly!

I like that the schedule remains intact and can be relied upon. I also like the customer service of the present owners.

I had become very far behind in my housekeeping, due to several different life events. The ladies that came to my house to help me prepare for a large event happening at our house, were wonderful! I've never had a professional house cleaning, and although, the service was walked through with me during my estimate, I still wasn't certain what to expect. My house was cleaned top to bottom. While I cleaned in one area they worked tirelessly in the rest of the house. I am so grateful to have had the extra, and professional help I needed to make my house presentable. They did an excellent job!!
Every time I happened to come in a room they were working in, I'd find them cleaning something I hadn't touched in months! I am so grateful for all of their hard work and everything little thing they did to make my house shine, and make me feel good about filling it with people! I can't say enough good things. Sincere Thank you to them for a wonderful, well done job!

Love - love - love the girls! They do a pretty good job - so nice to come to clean bathrooms & floors.
The only small suggestion I have - they need to make my bed a little better. Like tucking in the sheet & blanket at the foot of the bed. Hope this doesn't sound petty, but would make it look so much neater. Also - not sure if they are using my Swifter & swifter cleaning pads, (as I leave it out in the morning for them) but would be better if they could move the 2 chairs in the living room & clean behind each.
Other than those few 'suggestions' I love the service!
Especially that they give my dog (Sammie) his treat when they leave.

Dusting and general cleanup performed by your staff

A simple error was made on cleaning a specific item in our home.......Michelle apologized and came the next day herself to rectify this oversight. I was very impressed and thank you! The following week we had a deep clean on the final level of our home (the basement) and I can't even begin to tell you how FANTASTIC of a job was done down there. Very impressive. Thank you for making the final portion of our tornado rebuild the best!! It was worth the 8 month wait.
