The Merry Maids in Springfield has serviced our home for about 16 years. It was a natural extension to hire them to clean my business when I acquired it 2 years ago. Reliable, friendly, hard working staff - we've had many different Merry Maid employees cleaning both properties, and they are all excellent. Pam, the manager, has always been easy to work with and responsive to every concern or question (there were very few of those!), and the front office staff at Merry Maids is always courteous. I get lots of chances to change my cleaning service, but I'm not leaving Merry Maids.
I think that the person who cleans for us Consuelo is very reliable and professional and provides good service.

Merry Maids offers a variety of services that can be tailored to your individual needs. I like that I can get a monthly cleaning of just bathrooms and kitchen and then when needed get a whole house cleaning. Their staff is friendly and hard working. Scheduling is very well organized and they always come on time.
