Very thorough, attention to detail - it's the "little things" that make the difference. That, and the *amazing* job on the hardwood floors - they didn't look this good when we moved in! :D My wife and I are super pleased with the service, the staff, and the management - everyone is attentive and focused on customer satisfaction.

I like the attention to floors and upholstery. I also like that I have had a team where one maid is a regular at my house (she has been coming for over 10 years).
