Fair price and trustworthy staff. You count of them to do a fabulous job cleaning your home and never have to worry about an item missing. We have used Merry Maid's for approximately five years now and can't imagine not using their services. It makes life more clutter free and when you come home you can just relax.
Very professional and the ladies bring their own equipment and that equipment is used only in your house not others so you don't get germs from other people's houses.

We've been using the services of Merry Maids for more than 10 years(!), which should tell you something. On the rare occasion that something has been a (usually small) problem, Merry Maids has always dealt with the matter curteously, and more than satisfactorily. I like that the same team is usually here so that they have come to know my quirks/preferences.

As far as the products you use, I really know nothing about them. You used to clean with something cinnamon scented in the bathrooms, which smelled great but I dont think you use that product anymore.
The home is always neat when I get home - everything in its place in the kitchen especially and in the bathrooms. I like how the bathroom tissue is folded as is done in luxury hotels and the fact that the trash is always taken outside and left in the trash can. Kudos - it makes my life much easier.
The attention to detail! I looked in out of the ways places (that I don't like to clean) and they were spotless.

My tub in my bathroom is whiter than when i do it. it just feels cleaner than when I clean with my products.

I've been hiring Merry Maids service to clean my dwelling for over three years. I have never had any issues with their service.
