Flexibility and that Merry Maids ladies are respectful of home and the items in it. In other words, during all the years we've had your service, nothing has been destroyed or gone missing from our home.

With that being said, the only thing is I would love too see the maids improve on is put the trash outside instead of leaving it inside our basement. A few months ago, they left the trash down in the basement and we had no idea it was down there...until all the flies were hatched from their larve.

I have been very pleased with the Services provided, the timeliness and professionalism of the staff and all being in order when I arrive home.
