I am currently happy with the services provided. I'm usually not home at the time of cleaning; therefore, at times, I will leave a note if I have a special need (or possibly if something was obviously missed at a previous clean). Linda is very accommodating to meeting my needs and I do appreciate that service. For instance, I recently had new carpeting installed that left more dust than usual. I talked with Linda; she noted my request; and my request was met. I also appreciate having the same group of people do my cleaning. I've been a customer for a long time and have had some ups and downs with cleaning staff in the past, although that has not happened in recent times. I don't like to complain and things have to be really bad for me to do so.

Incidentally, I've been a customer for 15+ years and this is the first time I've been formally asked for feedback. Thanks for the opportunity.
