I am generally pleased with the way my house is cleaned. If I have any complaint, it's a failure, sometimes, to attend the "little things." For instance, I left a note this past clean to "remember to scrub under the toilet bowl rims" -- when I checked, I got black residue. Also, I found a couple of almonds under the sofa cushion, which told me that this area wasn't vacuumed.

I realize and accept that some things may be missed on occasion. Please don't consider this a major complaint -- just a reminder.
