the two girls that you sent worked hard and seem very focused on the job. I felt sorry for them they were concerned when the vacuum broke and had to call for a replacement . It broke their routine . And then when the second vacuum didn't work they were upset. I let them use my vacuum. It seem to put them behind . I was told that they would be at my home at 8:45. I had called the day before to confirm the time. When they did not show up on time I called the office, I was told they were running behind - they had a meeting. Why didn't they tell me that the day before or call and let me know they would be running late. The workers were great but management needs to get their act to together and have working equipment and better communication with clients.

I can be confident that the maid(s) assigned to my home will appear at the appointed time, do a good job, and complete their work in a timely manner.

The cleaning personnel are quite efficient and don't waste time. The products used seem to be adequate

I was wonderful to come home to a clean home! Wood work was polished, bathroom counters/bath shined, Kitchen cabinets and counters were cleaned! Floors were cleaned. My home isn't picture perfect, but they made it shine. Even my kids commented that it shined and smelled good. Thank you Mel and Donna for helping a blessing me with your work!
