Extremely reliable and trustworthy. Have had a couple of things broken but that is to be expected. It does appear they are too rushed in making beds; blinds, lampshades and pictures are usually in disarray. If they could take just a few minutes longer to straighten that would be great.

They had great attention to detail.

I really appreciate getting the reminder call that I always get. The girls are always on time and very responsible. They complete their tasks as expected and everything looks great. If I have any particular things to point out to them, they always make sure everything is done. My team of girls are wonderful and I am so happy to come home to a great smelling and looking home. Thanks to them for always making me happy.

Everything is so clean now! Your people are excellent workers and very professsional. Cleaning products were great.

Have had Merry Maids service for years now. They do a great job cleaning. They are consistent. Many times I
have had to alter the service dates and the are very flexible to meet my needs. I had one minor complaint
in ten plus years.It was resolved the same day !

Merry Maids does a thorough cleaning and my house always smells fresh. They also do extra little touches like fold my kitchen towels in a creative way, arrange pillows and even fold the toilet paper roll creatively! We feel that they care about and our house and that this is more than just a job to the ladies that make our house sparkle.
