Everything was very clean except the kitchen floor. Though I think it had been cleaned it was dull looking (it is a hardwood floor)... is there some product I can provide the ladies that will help with this problem?

We are very pleased with the ladies who clean our home. We do have a few suggestions: 1) placing items back where they were. Example: if a basket of books was moved from the floor to a chair to clean, please put back on floor where they were after cleaning. 2) Make sure inside & outside lights & fans are turned off when you leave.
Once again, I want to emphasize that we are very pleaded with the cleaning & how friendly & nice the ladies are. Thank you!

The quality of our move in clean was wonderful-- we walked in and could instantly tell that everything has been wiped down and dusted. The floors were great, all of the crown molding looked wonderful, and the cabinets were clean enough to start putting dishes into instantly.

I really like that my baseboards are being dusted and/or cleaned every visit! :) We have a dog wheo sheds and often his black hair ends up on the baseboards. I have had trouble with other services dusting or cleaning the baseboards each visit. I mentioned this to the Merry Maid representative from the beginning, and it is obvious this is taken care of on each visit.
