The house is pretty clean. The only complaint is that the wood stairs and upstairs hall wood floors could be damp mopped. Vacuuming might not be enough, I see some dirt smudges in a few locations on the wood floors.

Mostly I like the women who work for Merry Maids. They are pleasant, efficient, do their job without wasting time..... I would not be using Merry Maids for about 13 years if I wasn't satisfied.

I recommend you all the time. I love my girls. They are so polite and they do a great job. I totally trust them in my home. My house stays clean it makes me so happy.

Reliable and thorough.

The girls were professional. I told them what I wanted done and it got done! My kitchen and bathroom shinned when they were finished and my house smelled clean.

The staff was extremely polite and explained everything that would be done. I am not sure of the brand name of the products used but all appeared to work fine.
I am very very pleased with the service.

I hope the same staff members come again in November.

They're very efficient & thorough. They're also friendly & hard working ALL the time. I only have one complaint. They don't clean the grills on the stove to my satisfaction, & I can't get in there until they leave because of my handicap. But they do make my bed for which I love them very much.
