The cleaning ladies are always very nice and do a very good job. If I ask them to focus on a specific spot, they always do.

I just rate a 9 because I do not know what products they use. Originally when I signed up for the service, I believe I was told they would use "green" products but I'm not sure. Sometimes after a cleaning, there is a strong smell of product so I don't think that's a green product. I just open the windows an air out our apartment though.

The Merry Maids staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond with their cleanings each week! They make my home spotless! I would definitely reccomend using them! It's also much easier that I have them on a set schedule so I don't need to remember to continue to schedule appointments!

The two girls that came did a great job. My house smell so nice when they were finished I asked them what they used, Lemon oil was the answer made special for merry maids. They came on wednesday and my house still looks great. Thanks for being on time and doing a good job.

The team is great to work with. They communicate weekly and the folks who come by are very efficient when cleaning my mom's home. It's been great working with them for a little over a year.

The 2 women team did a phenomenal job in my apartment,
They tackled 5 rooms in total worked diligently for 4 hours.
