This was my first time ever using a cleaning company. After smoke damage in my apartment nearly a couple of months ago, it became necessary to use a service to get rid is the smoke smell. Merry Maids came in with three people who did a thorough job. Left my place smelling fresh. The walls looked as of they had a new paint job. The refrigerator and stove cleaned inside and out. Excellent job!!

I really liked the overall experience from my first phone call, the house walk through, the text message updates and when our oven was as not cleaned the immediate action to correct the issue without having to make a phone call.

They cleaned everywhere and everything, just an amazing transformation

The estimator was very courteous and answered all the questions I asked him about how the service would be done. He also made some suggestions based on what I told him of how he thought my concerns could best be handled. He listened carefully to everything I told him. He was prompt in giving me an esimated figure and in scheduling the work for me to be done two days after the day he gave me his estimate and I agreed to it. His estimated price was right in the middle of what I had in my mind as to what price would be reasonable and affordable for me.
Three people came to do the work, though he had suggested it might be two or more. They arrived 20 minutes earlier than he had said, and finished in slightly less time, but there were three of them sharing the work. They went straight to work, after asking me to again tell them in my words quickly what I wanted done, and they listened closely and also gave me some detail as to how they would do each part, the vacuum, the wipe down, the various items. We agreed on what order they would do the work in, so the stairs were last, as they were leaving, the stairs that led to upstairs. This was for a basement where a lot of nasty dust was left after a construction project that included drilling into concrete basement floor and included dust in rafters up near the ceiling, the floor and lots of items that were stored in between. I was fully satisfied with everything they did. The man in charge even carried three heavy items out to near my garbage can that were too heavy for me to move, and I didn't want to keep. Totally good.

We recently used the services of Merry Maids of Villa Park for the cleaning of a home that was part of an estate. The home was old and had been cared for by an elderly gentleman. To say it needed a good cleaning is an understatement! We had the entire house cleaned including windows inside and out, screens and carpets cleaned. The results were outstanding. Thank you to Mildreth and Damian who were the dream team on our cleaning!
