Consistency........Our cleaning team is fast, thorough and efficient. They are always professional and courteous. I am always pleased with the results.

The only problem I had was the last time they cleaned, they scraped the vaccum on every stair riser so there is a gray line on every white riser. If they could use a magic eraser, that would probably solve the problem.
