Merry Maids is reliable and they do an excellent job! The women are pleasant and lovely to our dog (who is quite old). They are truly the best house cleaners I've ever had and I am grateful to have found them.
I loved the fact that these 2 ladies came in and started right away!! I had not been able to do the work myself for a while so I am still bragging about my beautiful baseboards. They were very efficient and the house had a wonderful aroma.

The team was fast, thorough and very friendly. One of the cleaners broke a chandelier while cleaning it. Merry Maids sent a handyman out a couple of days later to repair it with no cost to us. The office was also very courteous with us and assured us that the lamp would be repaired. We appreciated this exceptional customer service.
I've been using Merry Maids for about 20 years. I like that they work in a 2 person team and whenever possible the same 2 people come each time. The team is hardworking and open to suggestions or whenever I point out specific things that need more attention.

I like the fact that I do not have to supply any cleaning products or tools for the cleaning laddies.
