Minerva and Anna are the Best!

We had an emergency situation which required heavy cleanup for, what amounted to be, a near "hoarder" situation. MM made themselves available with short notice and gave an extraordinary effort to bring the entire home back to livable/clean conditions in just 2 days. Amazing and well done.

Had a great experience. What was cleaned was terrific, and everyone was so lovely and polite.

I was only surprised that I had to repeat my instructions to the lovely women that I'd told over the phone. I was very specific by phone as I did not need everything done. I also had a time limit. At the end, because there seemed to be a lack of communication to the women working, I was called and told they needed more time, which was not possible!

Maybe if I'd been able to prioritize in writing?

I was surprised that a supervisor came to the house to check on everything while cleaning was happening. It was a good thing; however, I'd have loved to know in advance as I was working and had to stop to show someone around.

In general the work was great, and with in-depth explanation and more communication next time I'd use this service again.
