We've always been very pleased with our cleaning especially when Robbin does it. She is very thorough, and she knows exactly how we like our house to be cleaned. The times when we're home and able to talk to her, she has always been very professional and friendly. And of course, our dog adores her.

We used Merry Maids for a moving-out clean and they did a fantastic job! From floors, to fridge, to showers - everything was sparkling!

This was my first time using Merry Maids. I asked for a deep clean and overall the job was great. My only disappointment was out bathroom. It's a small bathroom and I didn't think the cleaning job matched other rooms in the house. Will discuss with the team when they come again and point out what did not meet my expectations. Otherwise, they were just fine.

Professional, on time, reminder calls. If I have a conflict they always work with me. Price is dry doable. Very trustworthy.

The products are very clean smelling with being over powering. The girls are very friendly.

What I don't like is not knowing when they will come. Sometimes it's early morning and then some times it's afternoon. I would prefer a schedule that was a little more standardized.

The young ladies who cleaned my house did a great job. They were professional and thorough and the house smelled wonderful.

Most of your maids are excellent and do a very good job. Unfortunately, there was one that just did our cleaning last time and she didn't clean some things at all and others only did a partial cleaning.

Maids get the job done in quick periods of time. They can easily work around people working in the office as opposed to doing the cleaning after hours. Cordial and easy to work with.

I like that I can request the same person that is familiar with my home. That’s personalization that I like. Not terribly impressed with the mopping solution. It leaves my floors sticky, even my real wood floors downstairs. The other products seem fine.
