The staff arrives promptly and does a thorough job of cleaning. Anyone I've spoken with or who has come to clean my house has been very friendly and helpful.

They could still do a better job with the floors, especially the bathroom. But overall we are very satisfied. The young ladies that come are very nice and friendly.

We like the products they use as our house always looks and smells clean after the cleaning is done. The ladies who come to clean our house do a very good job but we especially like Shelby (she left her Merry Maids card).

Loved how quick they cleaned for the initial deep clean, very friendly and very professional. They went back over one set of blinds that I noticed hadn't gotten clean enough. BONUS - I neglected to mention that I am super sensitive to some smells, but nothing they used bothered me at all.

I like that the services are comprehensive and the representative was attentive to my needs. She called the day the cleaning was scheduled to check up on me and even stopped by to check on things. Very impressive.

The ladies always do a great job cleaning our house. They are professional, very thorough, pleasant, and are kind to our dog. When one of our lamp shade was accidentally broken, the office was very easy to work with to help us replace it. We're very happy with Merry Maids!
