The ladies did a very good job, i did not like the smell of the bathroom products. Kinda smelled like wet dog.
The actual work was great. There was a great miscommunication between the supervisor who I dealt with and the priorities of the work that I wanted completed. This was discouraging to me because I thought that we had everything lined up exactly as I wanted it and the priorities went out the window, so that I feel like I paid for more time on the job for work I did not want done.
I was given a discount as a result of the problem, but it caused me to lose confidence in the ability of your staff to listen correctly. I am very careful about how I communicate what I want and I am not a demanding person or hard to get along with.
I don't want you to use my name for your promotional purposes because someone may contact me for verification and I would have to go through the whole experience again explaining my exception, etc.

It's always so pleasant to come home after Merry Maids have visited my apartment. They do a wonderful job.
The cleaning crew arrived promptly and cleaned my home to perfection!! They were courteous, conversational and most importantly, they were extremely professional!! I have recommended Merry Maids to my friends, family and co-workers!!
We like the way the house smells clean when they are finished. One cleaner had a room fresher in the sweeper bag which really made the house smell good.

The ladies are serious about getting the job done well. One, in particular, Christa, is the Queen of cleaners!
Team worked hard the entire time in our home. They everything expected. They had great personalities for interacting with the "public". Do not know what products were used, but everything looked great when they were finished. Great service for senior citizens who are hesitant to allow strangers in their home. I liked that a rep. came to our home first to see what was needed and get specific directions from us. Everything was in writing - no surprises on the day of service.
You can publish this and list me as a "senior citizen", but DO NOT publish my name on any social media or website or print literature.
