Because they text me to alert me of their comings and goings they provide a way for me to efficiently plan their cleanings into my busy days. I have found the service to be friendly, flexible and reliable. I have used this service for too many years to remember!
I have been very pleased with the products used by Merry Maids.
Except for the wet mopped floors.
A few times after the MM have completed.. I have used my floor steamer.... the results were a surprise...it picked up too much dirt !
I’ve never reported this, I do not believe it is lack of the MM action... just the product.
The service was punctual and were courteous when they arrived. They completed on time and did a very good job. I would go to them for any of my house cleaning needs.
