They arrived on time and worked efficiently. The ladies were very patient and friendly. They did a very thorough deep cleaning. They made sure that they paid attention to all the details. They also asked if there was anything that they missed and if I was pleased with the services. After they left, the house was extremely clean and smelled great. I will definitely use their services again.

Merry maids did a fantastic job!! I will definitely use them in the future. The cleaning was exceptional but they also provided excellent customer service. The set up was very easy and the quick responses to my questions via email was appreciated.

The ladies who work to help me keep my home clean and welcoming are very friendly and quick to follow up on anything I ask them to do. The home office has also been accommodating when I asked to change dates to meet our family schedules. The products used do not leave a heavy scent and the finished product looks fine. A few times we have had less than satisfactory effort on the job, but my concerns have been met with action every time. I am hopeful that the complaint I've always heard about "corporate house cleaning teams", that over-time they grow to be more casual about the quality of their work--the cleaning is quicker and not nearly as thorough, will not be true about this company.
