Products do not have strong odors.
I liked the fact that there were two women working efficiently and finishing quickly. It was a bonus they were both English speakers. They seemed to having cleaning protocol and systematically went through the steps to ensure all was cleaned well.
I would be interested in more informative n concerning pricing for cleaning routinely since cost was the only factor that kept the rating at 9 instead of 10.

Dependability
Everyone is very friendly, including the maids and the staff. The products seem acceptable that are used and have not had any problems. Some teams are better than others, but all are acceptable.

Reliable service and and a clean house, Alicia and Jennifer were fast, efficient, and thorough, and pleasant.
On January 2, we had two new ladies. Honestly, their work was by far the very best!! They vacuumed and "mopped" every room, the deep cleaning in the kitchen was perfect, plus they stayed longer to make sure our home was really, really cleaned. They stood on a small ladder to clean on top of appliances and cabinets. Also, they wiped down the cabinet doors and appliances. They moved small items throughout the home to wipe and dust. In the bathrooms, they got down on their hands and knees to scrub the floors! PLEASE, let those two wonderfully professional women come each time!!
