The crew was organized so they were efficient and thorough. I was glad the cleaning products left no lingering odors.I am extremely pleased with the results of the first visit. The flooring in my kitchen and bathroom is textured and keeping it clean is a challenge. The crew did a wonderful job in getting it clean. l am couldn't be more pleased with the results.

They did a very good job on the initial cleaning. The first crew was team 3 , Brand and Angelica. I wouldn't mind if they did the regular cleaning.

They have been one time after this (I just started the service). The second crew did a good job cleaning but they turned off my central air (please ask them not to do that. The house was 90 degrees when I got home and took several hours to cool down. I do come home for lunch during work days so I leave the AC on with the preset on the setback thermostat).

I broke my leg 4 months ago and your Merry Maids were extra kind and helpful to me during my recovery. I love your products and know that when I come home after you have cleaned my home smells and looks wonderful!

My house was very clean and the team was very friendly and polite. They did a very thorough job.

I like the shiny chrome fixtures in bathrooms, the clean shiny tile. My granite counters are treated with cleaners that polish and shine it. My glass shower is never streaked or filmy. And I love the clean fresh smell in my home when they are finished.

My current team is extremely good. Santa is amazing and is extremely competent, responsible and her work is consistently excellent. Santa exhibits superb leadership skills as I have observed her working in such a positive way with her cleaning partners. I miss the former employee, Virginia very much. My current team of Santa & Anna is extremely good. Anna is also very responsible and does a consistently great job! Both women are very professional and care about doing a great job.

Ladies are thorough cleaners and work quickly. Wish they could speak and understand English a lot better.

Our first service was wonderful. I'm not sure what products are used, but the stainless appliances still look great a week later and the toilets and powder room sink look brand new.

The "Merries" are always very friendly, efficient and thorough. The house has just a faint smell of cleanliness which is perfect for my husband who has allergies to scents.

I don't have to do it

The two ladies were both very sweet. They did a good job. The only thing I would say is I like to really smell that clean smell of products used and I didn't not even in the shower, it's a personal preference and would hope that gets better the next time. But all around they did a great job and like I said they were so very nice.
