Love coming home to a clean house

I have been with Merry Maids for many years. I like the consistency, I also like having the same team assigned to my home. I am very pleased with the job they do. They are always pleasant and very thorough.

I would like to have one special process every other month, it could be vacuum under furniture cushions, or clean behind furniture or under computer desk or wet mop my wooden kitchen floor. That would be nice.

Thorough, licensed and trust that customer satisfaction is taken seriously.

I love coming home to a clean smelling house! I especially like that they don't mind my dog in the house (he probably hides from them anyway). I appreciate the notes they leave when they find something wrong (like a leaking toilet). They are very dependable.

For the shape my home was in, the crew really went out of their way to get as much done as possible. Of course, some of the cleaning is ongoing; but, the first attempt at some of the stains were great.

The maids were very respectful, clean and efficient. Not any wasted time. A few minor things overlooked but overall great work!

I like the automatic billing on the credit card. I like that I can be free to work and not to have to attend to the housecleaners while they are cleaning.

I would like a confirmation the day before when your crew is expected to be at the house so I can inform my neighbors and they are not suspicious and call me at my work. They call the local police if I don't call them back right away. Also, I would like a confirmation of the names of your crew who will be cleaning and then a note after they clean so I may request them again if they do a good job.

As far as products, I wish you could use products that leave a clean scent hours afterwards. It always smelled clean for a few days after each cleaning.
