I was very happy with Merry Maids. Cassandra and Calie were very organized, worked very hard and did an excellent job, when they left my home was sparkling and here I thought it was reasonably clean before they started. I would not hesitate to recommend Merry Maids.

House smells and looks really clean. If there are some areas of improvement, for example, a small piece of furniture wasn't pulled out and cleaned under, you can leave a note and they make sure they take care of it.

We were thrilled with our recent service from Merry Maids. We hired the company to clean our apartment after we moved out since we had relocated. They did a great job and met our management company’s expectations. I was able to give direction on tasks, timeframe, and budget. The crew accomplished both my priority and secondary lists in less time than We budgeted!

I was really surprised when I got a call saying they were done early and that we would be getting a refund to our account. I wasn’t at the apartment when the crew was working, so the fact that they were honest with me about how long the job took was awesome. I will definitely consider hiring this group again.

I will be the first to admit that I was extremely skeptical about cleaning services. I always believed you were paying and wasting too much money for something that I thought you could just as easily do on your own. However, being recently divorced from an extreme hoarder who never cleaned (and refused to let myself or others clean), I hit a point where I knew the time and effort needed to clean my house far exceeded the time and effort I was able to put in. That is where Merry Maids came into play. Beth and Jennifer and team not only fit me into their already tightly booked schedule but then, went truly above and beyond in terms of the quality of the work they did. They took a home that hadn't been cleaned properly (again, hoarder ex) in nearly 10 years and returned it absolutely spotless and smelling beautiful. They cleaned things that even I thought were beyond any form of redemption such as the stove top (pictured) and the showers. They were fast, courteous, extremely detail oriented, and (perhaps most important to me) tolerant of my two big lovable but nosey dogs! I would without question recommend them (and already have) to friends and family and I am looking forward to them taking care of my home going forward. I definitely and highly recommend!
