Work done was nicely done. 55 year old woodwork looks great. We had to change schedule a couple times and Beth was wonderful and accomodating and kind while trying to reschedule the work. We may have had some miscommunication on some work needing to be done but Jennifer came to check on it and she and Beth made it work out and offered to come back when needed to make sure everything is done as is expected by Merry Maids and by us as the consumer.

As a woman owner of a business myself, dealing mostly with men and often their take it or leave it approach, working with Beth and Jennifer showed me that women do have a different attitude and skillset of getting things accomplished and have the great customer skills that are often lacking in other industries.
