Kelli and Ceara are efficient and willing to find solutions to cleaning issues; such as not using caustic solutions on glass doors over marble areas of shower. They go the extra mile to take car of our home. They are quick to report problems they see and quick to respond in solving most issues on their own. When different ladies come , they make an effort to read my cleaning sheet check list and do most of what I ask. Newer ladies need to be a tad more gentle around wood furniture and blinds.
In all, we have been very happy with your service.

The deep cleaning was better than I expected! I don't think my bathroom and stove looked as good new as they do now! I don't know what products were used but they were effective and I like that my house didn't smell like chemicals when I got home...it just smelled clean! The products seem to be gentle on floors, furniture, etc. The women that come to clean are always pleasant, friendly and professional.

I like the service very much, but I would really like to have a morning appointment. I know we're out of town a lot in the summer, but when we come back, we try to resume our previous schedule. If the only time Merry Maids can come is in the afternoon, that doesn't work well for us.
