The ladies that come to clean are pleasant, efficient, helpful, trustworthy. We know we can be away from the house when they come to clean and feel very ok about it...or be here. The team (always at least 2, sometimes 3) are always "headed" by the same girl each time which is reassuring and comfortable for us. And usually it is the same 2, a policy which we like; and both of the ladies we are most happy with. The owners are pleasant, accomodating and easy to work with and listen to any special needs we may have. They are just most helpful. Also the ladies are reliable to show up, and show up on time. They rotate deep cleaning of the rooms/areas which works. We have been happy with the continued service over the years we have employed Merry Maids.

Like when I get the same girls all the time. Make me feel secure that my home is not only clean but secure and it helps not to have to repeat my likes and dislikes over each time.

The gals that they hire are always pleasant and do a good job. If something gets broken they are bonded so that it can be replaced. I've had them coming for over 15 years now and In that time they have only broken one item that was easily replaced which the company did immediately.

The office guru, Jennifer, bends over backwards to try to accomodate everyone's schedule and changes.
