They listen to products that my flooring and appliances need to use. This prevents these products from unnecessary wear and tear. They are mindful of my dogs and don't complain about the inevitable dog hair they encounter. They are respectful and pleasant and Jennifer is very accomodating to our crazy schedule. They are a real help since I an my elderly mother's caregiver and don't have to worry about my house going to ruin while I do other things. Thank you and God bless your service.

The gals are nice/friendly and very accommodating of changes. I love talking to Jennifer she's always so helpful if I need to switch an appointment. I love the way the house smells after the gals are finished.

Nice people and good service

The ladies that come are always pleasant and helpful. The house smells wonderful after they are done. I especially like the fact that they leave a refill on the scent that they use for air freshener.

The quality is good and it is dependable. It is not complicated to schedule or pay, and I do not need to be around.

I am almost always pleased with the job your staff does at my home. It is clean, shiny and smells nice when they leave. They are invariably pleasant, polite and professional. BUT, I can't get them to remember to clean my small, very small, laundry room. This past Tuesday when they arrived I walked them through to the laundry room and reminded them that it had been missed the last several visits and they said it was on their "paper" to remember to do and we all had a little laugh about the oversight . . . and, lo and behold, they forgot again. Once they had left, it was the first thing I checked. It is the way we enter our home from the garage and it has a white(!)linoleum floor so it gets quite dirty. Plus, I use a large bottle of laundry detergent with a pump dispenser perched on the edge of the dryer. Thus, I end up getting up lots of small drips of blue laundry detergent on the floor - once over with a wet mop would surely get these soapy drips up - no? Also, there were several sticky areas on the top of the dryer - still there. I don't want to get your staff in trouble, and, this is a very small room. But I'm mystified as to why they forget it every single time. And I know it's not a time issue, because they are able to whip through my home in well under and hour and a half. Any suggestions on how to handle this?
