We hired Merry Maids to clean our apartment in order for us to move out and leave the place spotless. The setup process was extremely easy, friendly, clear, and down to earth. When the appointment came, I was called and told that since there was a personal emergency with the gals assigned to the job, we would be serviced by the owner himself to make sure our appointment was kept. Ken came in to clean our apartment and he did SUCH a great job! The fridge looked literally new off the showroom floor. The bathrooms were improved by 1000%, and the kitchen - oven, stove, microwave, everything - sparkled. The job was done quickly, thoroughly, and with great care. Ken was down to earth and friendly, and it felt like we'd known him for years. Our overall experience was so positive, and we will recommend Merry Maids Schaumburg to anyone we can!

My son and his very pregnant wife, bought a home and when I saw the home I could see it needed a good cleaning. So I told them that I was going to try and hire cleaning company that can get in here and DEEP CLEAN. After getting my son’s approval? I went home and started looking for cleaning services. It was after hours for most services, but Merry Maids still was open.
After talking for a short time I had Merry Maids’ scheduled to be at house on a Friday morning.
After they were done I walked thru house and everything looked and smelled clean.The only thing I did not get Refrigerator interior or the Oven cleaned. Called and Ken the owner promised ladies would go back or he would to do the missed items. Actually the refrigerator and oven are specific request. I didn’t know that, I thought it was included.
Long story shorter, I would recommend Marry Maids. Very professional and easy to deal with would /will refer others to them.

Can schedule a regular day. they call if there will be a change. Use odor free cleaning products,
and everyone is always nice!

I have had Merry Maids cleaning my homes for many years. They try very hard to satisfy and overall do a excellent job.

The last pair did a fabulous job making my home look ready for guests. I think they must have prior experience working at hotels.
However, they need retraining on COVID-19 precautions to make sure they don't carry the virus into homes. No shoes inside the house, always using masks and changing gloves during and between jobs.
