House smells really clean when I come home after the service. I do have some constructive feedback: many times, I find that some areas, such as my dresser and lamps in the master bedroom, are not dusted completely. It is a bit tall, but I use Swiffers to get the dust off. I expect everything to be dusted thoroughly. I also see some spider webs in the corners and I don't have the dusters with extenders that I believe you have. Otherwise, the service is great and I do recommend Merry Maids to my family, friends and acquaintances!

Very clean and the towel folding was such a treat!
The maids are thorough and adaptive - sometimes I am in the middle of a project and they have sense enough just to work around it. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. I love my Merry Maids!
