very thorough cleaning

Merry Maids has courteous workers who are responsible and professional. I am comfortable being at home if they arrive when I am there; if I am out, I am also comfortable that they will do a good job and that everything is safe. When I am here, I never feel like I need to check on what they are doing. Another thing is that in the event I am out-of-town or need to cancel an appointment, the person who I speak to is always courteous and willing to cancel an appointment.

her name but excellent also

They are courteos, friendly and very efficient. After telling them once, they do not need to be asked again.

I love that you always show up even when I request a special cleaning at the last minute. I love how my house looks when I come home and it is bright and shiny clean. I like the maids who come. The house is always very clean and they follow my instructions on certain ways I want things done. I really like the special little touches like arranging the throw pillows on the sofas and folding the towels nicely on the rack.

Aida and Magdalena come on time, perform like magicians, and the house looks wonderful when they leave. I asked for cleaning products that did not smell - and they have been very careful to provide what I asked for.

The women are great. They do a very good job, the bathrooms are clean, they show up when they say they will and they are friendly an courteous. We have been using them for almost a year at this point and hope to continue our relationship far into the future. I like the company's professionalism and quality guarantee. We couldn't be happier.

They do a great job. They're thorough and efficient. The cleaning solutions they use smell clean and obviously do a good job. The only thing I find complaint with is that they were not here for the entire three hours.

Reliability and trust

The ladies do a competent job and the ease of payment is a plus. Prices are getting pretty high, though.

All of the Merry Maids so far are able to act independantly without supervision from the
homemaker being around or making requests, when they do there work. They act in unison or
as a team. I have observed this and appreciate this fact. If they have questions I know
they would ask, but they know how to take charge of any situation and act within the regulations and rules of their company.
