Ladies did a very thorough job, going much further than what was done in the past. Glass cleaner removed a great deal of hard water stains in my shower stall. They did superb job with the steamer, they followed all walls and corners to collect dirt, my hard floors are sticky now - it means that they are very clean, no thin film of grease and/or dust. The range hood in the kitchen was cleaned with degreaser, it is just faintly sticky to the touch. I hope never to have my previous cleaner again.
