Two workers, at my request, arrived on time, and worked for 21/2 hours straight.
Although there was a fair amount of grime, because of neglect on my part,, they did the job very well!
In particular Josh, the owner, was attentive to my wishes.
I seriously considered another company, until I saw some fine print: they charged an EXTRA 3.9% if you used a credit card.

We have been using Merry Maids on a bi-weekly basis for the past two years, and it has been an absolutely wonderful and hassle-free experience that takes huge load off and significantly improves our lives. They are just wonderful!

The owner of Merry Maids, Sheila, goes above and beyond to accommodate customer requests; we recently made an extremely last-minute request for an early morning cleaning because we had folks renting our house for the weekend-- and, somehow, she made it happen (and our renters were thrilled)! The bi-weekly cleanings happen like clockwork, with zero work on my part. It's also been very convenient for me to be able to make any scheduling changes over email instead of having to make a phone call.

Linda always does an extremely thorough and meticulous job-- she even takes out the trash and dusts under the beds-- and is very warm and reliable. My daughter calls her "the Linda fairy" because it's truly magical how sparkling clean she makes our house, and especially the bathrooms. On top of all this, Linda is such a kind and thoughtful person; she regularly leaves little notes complimenting my daughter's drawings or alphabet writing. It's always a treat to come home after the "Linda fairy" has visited!

Flexibility and honesty

I have been very happy with my Merry Maid experience. Linda arrives and is always very pleasant. She starts cleaning as soon as she arrives. She always asks if I have any special requests and is willing to accommodate any requests that we might have (within reason).
She uses a cinnamon spray and my husband commented on what a clean fresh fragrance
the spray leaves in our house. I have back issues and I an limited on what I can do, so I am always very happy to see Linda arrive on our cleaning day..
