I love that the products are effective but not toxic and leave a pleasant fragrance. The staff are always professional and friendly. I love that what I choose to get cleaned on a certain day is flexible. If I want more time concentrated on something, I can choose that and allocate less time for something else.

It's sorta "personal," we like the job the girls do and the workers themselves.

The ladies come on time. In my opinion they do a good job. The leader of the team has been coming for over 2 years and seems to manage well. The vacuuming is the most important for me, but they dust the walls, wash the floors and do the bathrooms as well. I like the service.

This was our first session with the Merry Maids, and I had only one complaint: They
didn't do as thorough a job as I would have done if I were cleaning my own kitchen/dining room
floors.

However, Elaine kindly sent someone to re-mop the floors (artificial wood), and I thank her for
that.

I don't know anything about the products.

I look forward to the next cleaning session.
