The cleaning team is reliable and does a very good job. However, I would not recommend merry maids to others due to the high price and the inflexibility of the service. I prefer a service that comes in, sees what is in most need of cleaning and then focuses on that rather than cleaning a preset selection regardless of whether it needs cleaning or not.
My home is very clean and i am very satisfied with your employes plus your products that were used.
We are both retired and in our 70's and can't do the work these young ladies do so well.
Reliability and thoroughness
The service is reliable, the cleaning great and the team arrives on time. Knowing the house is clean really takes a burden off my to do list. I can count on Merry Maids and have for several years.
We have the Merry Maids come in once a month to vacuum, dust and wash the floors. The same ladies come each month and get right to work. We haver been pleased with their service. The products they use seem fine.
Cleaners are always cheerful and hard working. Great cleaning products. House smells nice and clean when they have finished.

Very friendly and a fast thorough cleaning. The products used did not cause me to have any allergy issues and the air freshener that they used when they were done smelled like cinnamon, very nice.
