I like that the products are engineered by your company and are safe for my appliances and family. The staff is always top notch and attentive to details. If I have an issue, they are always extremely quick to resolve the issue. What makes a great company has nothing to do with whether or not they make mistakes but has to do with what they do when one has been made and how quick they are to resolve them.
They were very detailed and took there time in each area. Followed every direction perfectly. Great customer service, were able to answer all of our questions. Every time they clean it makes our home feel new again, like we just moved in and it smells amazing.
Our Maid does a very good job, especially since she has to work around 8 pets! They create a mess every week. And she cleans up the fluff and litter! We appreciate the service.
