So many times just the middle of a room is done. No vacuuming under beds or furniture . Have not cleaned out refrigerator or microwave. Do like that Olivia will change my beds and wash the sheets.

The ladies were so thorough! I knew it would be a relief to have my home cleaned, but I had no idea of what a wonderful job they would do. Since falling ill with a stage IV metastatic cancer diagnosis, it has been virtually all of my energy each day to get dressed and stay fed. Cleaning the house was just not on the list of things to do. It has been months since I have had the energy to clean much of anything; the fact that someone realized this and provides for us is amazing. The ladies were sweet, kind, personable, professional, easy to talk to, and quite merry. Every surface was lovingly dusted, ceilings swept clean of cobwebs, the floors thoroughly vacuumed or mopped. Sinks clean, counters clean, messy items gently collected and stacked. There is space in places there has not been space in months. And it's clean space. The experience was so much more than expected or even hoped for.
Merry Maids did a very thorough job. The employees were very honest. I felt I could trust the staff in my home.

I appreciate how friendly they are and their professionalism. They are also very honest. One time they broke something and they called me right away. They said they could take it to the shop to fix it or pay me for it. I told her to try to fix it. They did such an amazing job of repair you can't even see the crack. I have been with Merry Maids for thirteen years.
I called Merry Maids looking for house cleaners for the very next day. I know it was short notice, but as I expected they were fully booked up. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. I told her I couldn't wait, I needed someone ASAP. I tried calling several other companies, who wouldn't even clean without going to property to see the job. Then within 10 minutes Merry Maids called me back, worked out their schedule so they can make time early morning the very next day to clean. They sent 2 women who showed up right on time. They brought all the cleaning supplies, did an excellant job have no complaints. They were very nice and professional.
Merry Maids quoted me a price over the phone, and did their job. Their the best, and was very happy with this company. Would refer them to anybody who needs maid service.

The girls who clean do a fabulous job for me. I have medical conditions and cant do it myself but I love a clean house. They always are cheerful. They ask if I have anything special that needs to be done. I love my girls!

My team knows what I want them ti do and they get right to it. The results are always great. If I add something to the routine they get it done . One of your products that I ask not tobe used is the cinnamon scented air spray. 😝. I look forward to them coming and I do pick up clutter so they can proceed without having to deal with it.
