Very professional and trustworthy. They seem to clean every little area that needs it. Stains in the shower that I thought were permanent: gone. Under my bathroom sink is a mess. It had my old rags, toiletries and everything just tossed in there. No organization. After their last visit, they even rearranged the entire cabinet and organized everything so nicely. These extra touches make me smile and really appreciate their work.

We have been using Merry Maids for close to 20 years and could not be happier. They are extremely detailed, dependable, consistent, reputable, and have very high standards (they regularly send supervisors to check on the quality of the work). Their number one goal is to have happy clients and are great with customizing their services to meet their client's needs. If you're as picky as me, you're going to really like Merry Maids!

Very thorough cleaning. I actually don't like one of the new cleaning products that is being used on the kitchen countertops (it smells like Raid and takes days for it to go away). I've asked that the crew use the cleaner that I lay out, but that didn't happen on the last visit.

How detailed the cleaning is and how nice the ladies are.

The employees who came to clean our home were amazing. They were friendly, professional and outstanding in their hard work. They were detailed and deep cleaned grout, hard to reach areas and were meticulous. They were also very caring about my situation and having cancer and were sensitive to any odor in the home due to cleaning supplies. The products were great in cleaning what we needed. Now that I will be transitioning to chemotherapy for treatment, it is recommended I use "green" products. I will be happy to provide them if it is an option. Thank you so much for your services, for the quality of care and generosity of your services during such a difficult time.
