I had an excellent experience working with Ruben on this house. The cleaners are all friendly and i love the scent of the products used in my home. They always arrive on time and make quick work of getting my home clean.

One area that could improve is consistancy. Some cleaners are better than others. Some clean the floors under tables and furniture and some miss it. Also, when my bed is made, it looks kind of sloppy and I have to go behind them and tuck my sheets in to make it look neat.

Those are little things. Overall, the cleaners do a very good job and I'm pleased with Merry Maids. I have medical issues and wouldn't be able to manage cleaning my house without this service.

I like the way my house has a clean smell when the ladies leave. I wish they would use glass cleaner on my glass top tables instead of just wiping them.

Every other month I would like my kitchen cabinet doors wiped down. I really cannot find fault of any kind with the two ladies that clean for me. They are friendly, courteous and very efficient.
