In July 2020, I had a knee replacement. I had contacted Merry Maids before that because I knew that I wouldn't be able to clean my house after that surgery. I was so pleased that I continued their bi-weekly service. After I recovered, I made sure that my house was straight and clean before the team would arrive (I KNOW that I am not the only person who does this!). The person who would come to clean was Ellie and she was a trainer for Merry Maids. She made sure that the house SPARKLED when she was finished. Then last month, Ellie didn't come and the team did an OK job. I wasn't walking around my house with a HUGE smile on my face after they left. I was disappointed to learn that Ellie had left Merry Maids. This week, I received a flyer for "Cleaning Authority" in the mail and decided to set up a free estimate on September 1. Yesterday, Noelia, who had been trained by Ellie, came to clean my house, by herself. Once again, my house was left SPARKLING and I was walking around with a huge smile on my face!!!!!!! Sigh...what to do.....

The apartment is always immaculate, and consistently so. The maids are efficient, polite, and hard-working. I got the service when I broke my leg, and planned to stop when I could clean again, but I love the service so much I've continued it.

The cleaning ladies always arrive on time and are friendly. They are interested in concentrating on cleaning things in my house that are important to me. The do a wonderful job in cleaning my house.
