I’ve had some really good experiences and some not so satisfying. I’ve found that several of the staff, including Elie who is my current team leader are excellent. I would recommend her to anyone. It was necessary a couple of times to ask for a change of team, and I appreciated that was handled well. So the consistency has been very good since.
