the people are very nice and polite. However, I'm not sure 45 minutes is enough time to do a thorough job. I was hoping that upholstered furniture would be vacumned and ;touch areas around door knobs on exterior doors,would be regular cleaning areas.

Maybe I'm a bit fussy. I'm generally satisfied!!!
