Accommodating, consistent, affordable with quality service
I like that they schedule us, based on our time request and we are able to get the time that we prefer Merry Maids to come to our home. I find when I call the office, that they are pleasant and do whatever they can to accommodate my reason for calling. We are senior citizens and sometimes things come up unexpected, illness, last minute Dr appointments, recently water leak in a pipe in our wall etc. and we may need to change or cancel a cleaning and it is not a problem when I call the office. They are very understanding.
We are retired and we like to be here when MM comes, ( before we may leave after talking to hem. ) to remind them that we have 4 cats and to not let them outside. I know they know this, but I feel like I have to tell them, because while 3 may hide, there is one cat who may try to go out in a minute the door is open. They don't mind I tell them this each time they come to clean.
I like the team that we have had now for quite awhile and I am sure I am not spelling their names correctly, but they are Miriam and Oneta? Team 3. I know that sometimes teams have to be changed, or maybe one person comes that is different, as this is to be expected, but really like when it is our original Team 3, Miriam and Oneta, who do a wonderful job.
They are always open to anything special I may have to tell them. Recently, Christmas, we had a water leak in a pipe in our living room wall. Needless to say 2 months later, the only thing repaired is the pipe leak in the wall. Hole still in the wall, all the water damaged flooring had to be removed, leaving partial flooring, furniture still piled up and we need to still contact other companies regarding what else needs to be done.
I say this, as for the last 2 cleanings and it still looks like in March MM can not do any cleaning in our living room. I just tell them this and they understand.
I can not talk about the products used in our home, because I do not know what products they use. Never talked about it or even thought to ask what they use and Merry Maids office has not told me what they use. We have been long time customers of Merry Maids, so really are not familiar with what products used currently. I would like to know what do they use on our tile in the kitchen, as sometimes it seems shinier, and not dull. It is also not a slippery substance used, as we don't slip, but at times it just looks like the floor is shinier, than before they cleaned it.
So Team 3 and Merry Maids office are the best!

I will have to say that this the best cleaning service I've hired for my rental property! I worked with Karen Welsh and I think the other lady's name was Tina or Christina out of the Laurel location. I had a ton of problems with my general contractor, and it delayed the cleaning for nearly 2 months, and Karen was so patient and really did her best to understand my situation. They checked in with me over 5-6 times. Finally, they were able to clean. They did a good job; there were some minor things that needed some additional cleaning, and Karen went to my property to look at those details the same day that I called. The customer service is fantastic! And they are a very trustworthy company!

We just love our team, team #6, Sonia and Fatima; they consistently do high quality work.
