Everyone was friendly and professional. They went to work immediately and did a great job. When they finished, there wasn't a bit of dust and they even made an antique mirror, which I thought was damaged by age, seem like knew again.

We use our own products because of sensitivities to the ones Merry Maids uses. Great service.

BEING THE SELF-PROCLAIMED "SENILE OLD GEEZER" THAT I AM, AFTER VERY EXTENSIVE TYPING ON A SIMILAR FORM THE OTHER DAY, EVERYTHING JUST DISAPPEARED...HAVE NO IDEA "WHY", BUT IT HAS BOTHERED ME, HENCE MY REQUEST FOR A "DO-OVER".
BUT, IN AN EFFORT TO RE-CONSTRUCT.....WHY MUST I HAVE TO GIVE THE SAME OLD REPORT, FULL OF ACCOLADES & SUPERLATIVES OVER WHAT I THINK OF CHARLOTTE AND WHAT SHE CONTINUALLY DOES FOR ME...EVERY TIME SHE TAKES CARE OF MY NEEDS??? I HAVE NO WORDS TO TRY TO SAY THAT SHE WAS "BETTER" ON WEDNESDAY THAN SHE WAS A MONTH AGO....I'VE ALREADY RUN OUT OF EXCLAMATIONS. SHE IS EXTREMELY SPECIAL....AND PROVES IT EACH TIME SHE COMES HERE. I ALWAYS WANT CHARLOTTE TO TAKE CARE OF MY HOUSE-NEEDS....NO ONE ELSE....AND NO ONE WITH HER, JUST HER ALONE. IT IS NOT THAT SHE ALWAYS DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB TAKING CARE OF EVERYTHING.....IT IS ALSO THE VERY SMALL THINGS WHICH SHE DOES, W/O CALLING ATTENTION TO HER, OR WHAT SHE IS DOING. i.e., I'M PARTIALLY HANDICAPPED, AND WHEN I GET OUT OF BED, I HAVE TO GRAB ONTO A DARK BROWN PAINTED DOOR JAMB TO MAINTAIN MY BALANCE. CHARLOTTE SOON LEARNED THAT I ALWAYS LEAVE FINGERPRINTS ON THE DOOR JAMB...SO EACH TIME SHE IS HERE, SHE COMES UPSTAIRS WITH A DAMP RAG TO WIPE AWAY THOSE "BLEMISHES". WHERE ELSE MIGHT I FIND SOMEONE AS VERY SPECIAL AS THAT?

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED LAST WEDNESDAY WHEN MY DAUGHTER CAME HERE AND HAD A CHANCE TO MEET CHARLOTTE...FOR SHE HAD HEARD ME SPEAK OF HER FREQUENTLY, BUT HAD NEVER MET HER.

O.K., NOW I GUESS THAT I'D BETTER START ON MY "REPLY" FOR WHEN YOU NEXT ASK FOR MY EVALUATION.

The staff is very caring and accommodating! I’m always so happy to come home after a cleaning.

Very prompt and very thorough. The only one issue that I have is that I did not get a receipt via email of how much I was charged.

You were more than accommodating with me working at home. The home was spectacular. My husband walked in the door and didn't know you were here. He jokingly said, "Looks great, who did you pay?" Very friendly. Went above and beyond what I was expecting. THank you

The only other thing that I'd have to say is ~ I didn't hear any; ~ humming, singing or whistling while they were doing their thing!
