I'm very spoiled!!!..I've had Charlotte taking care of my cleaning needs for some time now, and I honestly don't know how I'd handle trying to replace her. She knows my needs...and takes care of them and even other things I can't think of. Very minimal contact...just get out of her way and let her do her thing. Thanks, Merry Maids, for providing me with such a personable and hard working individual.
