My experience has been very positive. My provider (Tatum) is business-like, gets to work right away, doesn't pull out her phone, is thorough in her work and doesn't make conversation because she is focused; yet she is personable and always says "Hello" and "Good-bye". She is always prepared for the work and has everything she needs. I am so grateful for her keeping our home looking good and she has been very compassionate regarding out recent loss.
